Implamented June 2011.If you are over the age of 50 and have been with this institition 15 years or more and are close to retirement,with no displinaries,great evaluations from your supervisors the State of Texas might Not allow you to have your rightlyfully earned retirement. It is now a reguirement that no matter the age,that you were NOT hired with these requirements,you can still do what is asked of you, YOU MUST be able to be as agile as a 20 year old male or your employment WILL be terminated.
