Gray Panther Organization has already initiated major followup effort(s), i.e,:(1) Spearheading action on the third party Audit several speakers requested; (2) Mobilizing organized support of community groups for Referral to US Atty; (3) Request for Audit/inquiry of AE/CoA operations, per OMB Circular A-133; (4) These’re 3 steps to trigger review by DoJ/IRS of use of Federal Funds; &(4) Bottomline: encourage expansion of this inquiry to CapMetro & T/County.– – Overall thrust of our request for investigation is based on a well-documented record of questionable use of Federal Stimulus and General Obligation Bond funds, as well as possible mis/mal/nonfeasance & Officials’ abuse of Office.
